Volunteer for Border Angels and Help Save and Improve Lives

Volunteers are the soul and life blood of Border Angels. Since Enrique Morones founded
this non-profit in 1986 we have had over 1,000 volunteers. It was his mission to have a
team of strong and caring individuals to save lives on the United States/Mexico border
and raise awareness in the community.

•    Volunteers periodically travel to border areas to maintain water stations.
•    Volunteers provide outreach to migrants that live in Canyons in North County
    with food, water and used clothing.
•    Home Depot Day Laborers, we originally created this project by “adopting” stores
    and going there to build relationships, show support, and donate water.

In addition, volunteers also participate in Community Events, events at Universities, Colleges,
Fundraisers and Special Projects.

•    Volunteers are needed to represent Border Angels at these events and assist in
    Booth set up, passing out flyers and educating the public about Border Angels.
•    Volunteers also assist with picking up used clothes and water when donated.
•    Assist in putting together lunches for our outreach.
•    If volunteer has a special skill you may be asked to assist in that area.

Our volunteers have a range of skills and talents. We need people to perform all of the
duties described above, if you are interested in volunteering, please fill out the volunteer

received and reviewed we will contact you to schedule an orientation meeting.

Ofrece tu tiempo para Ángeles De La Frontera Y ayuda a salvar y a mejorar vidas.

Voluntarios son el alma, la vida, y la sangre de Ángeles De La Frontera. Desde que Enrique Morones fundo esta organización sin fin de lucro en 1986, hemos tenido más de 1,000 voluntarios. Era su misión tener un equipo de fuertes y cariñosos individuos para salvar vidas en la frontera de México y Estados Unidos e incrementar el conocimiento en la comunidad.

·         Voluntarios viajan periódicamente a la frontera a mantener las estaciones del agua.
·         Voluntarios ayudan a los migrantes que viven en los cañones del Condado Norte con comida, agua, y ropa usada
·         “Jornaleros de Home Depot”, Nosotros originalmente creamos este proyecto adoptando tiendas y yendo a ellas a formar relaciones, enseñar nuestro apoyo, y donar agua.

En adición, Voluntarios tan bien participan en eventos de la comunidad, eventos en las universidades o colegios, actos para recaudar fondos, y eventos especiales.

·         Se necesitan voluntarios para representar Ángeles De La Frontera en estos eventos y asistir acomodando el puesto, pasando folletos, y educando a el publico sobre Ángeles De La Frontera

·         Voluntarios tan bien ayudan a recoger ropa usada agua cuando la donan.
·         Ayudan a hacer lonches para dar a los migrantes.
·         Si el voluntario tiene una habilidad especial, te pediremos que la utilices para ayudarnos.

Nuestros voluntarios tienen una abundancia de habilidades y talentos. Necesitamos a personas que puedan hacer todo lo indicado en esta hoja.
