Eduardo Orendain

Edward Orendain is a Southern California native who was brought up living on both sides of the San Diego and Tijuana border region. He is a sole practitioner at the Law Office of Edward Orendain with extensive experience in many areas of immigration law including family-based immigration, business, and professional-based immigration, citizenship, and naturalization, removal defense, U visas, athlete visas as well as many other areas. Mr. Orendain has represented clients from many countries in Europe, Latin America, Asia, Mexico and Canada, among other countries.
Mr. Orendain graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law and San Diego State University. Mr. Orendain is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Courts Southern, Central, and Northern Districts of California, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco, California.
Mr. Orendain is also a long-time member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and currently serves or has served on various boards.
