The water passed through Southern California's massive aqueducts and across the U.S.-Mexico border. It was accessible at times of extreme need, but it was deducted from Mexico's portion of Colorado River water. According to the San Diego County Water Authority, such urgent water transfers have been required every year since 2018 with the exception of one. Leave a Reply. |
