Last week, we continued our migrant shelter assistance in Tijuana by supporting Ejercito de Salvacion by buying them a very much needed washer, dryer, fridge and stove! We are so elated to keep helping this shelter as it houses only women and children. (We were also able to take a few soccer balls that were mailed to our office!). So many of these appliances we have in our home and don’t realize the importance in our everyday lives. Especially in these shelters, where you may only have one change of clothes, a washer and dryer becomes essential. They also serve the shelter to help sanitize and take precautions against COVID. They also now have a place to store and cook fresh produce and groceries we also help them purchase, and it’s all thanks to you. We are so grateful to your continued support!
